I have an Annotation Feature Class that is set to a specific scale. I would like to be able to auto-scale this Annotation so it can be readable at any scale. For example, currently, if I zoom to, for example, 500 scale, the Annotation appears HUGE. If I zoom out to, for example, 5000 scale, the Annotation appears TEENY-TINY. Is there a way to make the Annotation scale automatically based on the Map Scale in ArcMap, or in a Map Service using ArcGIS Server?
I would like to keep this Annotation in an Annotation Feature Class.
