Attribute table widget is displying empty in portal for arcgis

Hi Team,
Recently, we have identified that the attributes for 2 layers (Buildings & Parcels) are displaying empty in the attribute table widget in Portal for ArcGIS. All other layers are displaying correctly with popups but not for these layers.

Any idea for the causing this issue in the Portal for arcgis . Appreciate your assistances..

Is the issue popups, tables or both? What version of Portal? It looks different from mine. The table isn't going off of a selection is it? Can you show a picture of the data loaded from going into the data tab from the feature layer overview?

Hi Laura,
It's the problem only with the attribute table . Popup is working fine & fetching the data perfectly.
ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 is the current version in the organisation.

I am afraid that i can't share the picture of the data moreover we are using map service not feature service.
If u've any other questions am ready to assist !
