ArcGIS Server backup fails

When I run an ArcGIS Server backup I get this error message:

{"code":500,"messages":["Export operation failed. Unsupported Image Type"],"status":"error"}

The export fails every time. This is a federated AGS/Portal deployment. Has anyone seen this error before?

This happens in AGS 10.7.1

Did you run the fixforBUG000130541 python script mentioned above?

Yes, and it still failed. Then i tried this workaround and saw there was a lot of missing files and folders.

Responding on behalf of @CesarPiovanetti1, we upgrade ArcGIS Enterprise to 10.9.1
