I have an issue with stacked parcel polygons. When I identify the parcels in a map service the records return with the APN out of order. I have sorted the feature class by ascending APN using the sort tool in Arcmap desktop but the issue persists in the portal application.
I have attached pictures of what is going on:
The Arcmap Example shows the APNs in correct ascending order when identifying the stacked parcel polygons
The Portal example shows the first record I get when identifying the same feature in Portal for ArcGIS 10.4.1. It lists the Last APN first, then in records 2-16 it has the APNs in the correct order.
Any ideas?
