App Launcher unvailable AE 10.7.0

Hi,

i have an issue with ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.0 on windows server 2012 R2, App Launcher (in portal home page) becomes unvailable since few days, i find this about 10.6.1  : BUG-000115964: The App Launcher becomes unavailable after the exter.. 

Someone had this solved this issue ?

Portal index search was desynchronise, i reindex and issue was solved. App Launcher is available.
