AWS Cloud Builder App SSL Upload "Access Denied" Error

Hi Everyone,

I'm having an issue with deploying a base install to AWS using the ArcGIS Enterprise Cloud Builder 10.9.1 App in which I cannot progress past the following section:

The PFX file and password are valid, and I've installed it locally to confirm.

I've now used the Cloud Builder CLI to run the deployment separately (which has worked), which had no issues uploading the Certificate to an S3 bucket.

The account I've logged in as in the Cloud Builder App above has the AWS Policy supplied by Esri for the account performing the deploy, and again worked fine when using PREP and START, rather than the app.

I've not been able to find any help documentation to resolve this issue.

Has anyone come across an issue like this?
