ArcGIS Enterprise on Azure: Scale up/down or Scale out/in

Is it feasible to dynamically scale up/down or scale out/in the HA (High Availability) components of ArcGIS Enterprise deployment 10.8.1 (or above) on Azure (IaaS model)?

Components involved in the deployment are:

- ArcGIS Web Adaptor

- Portal for ArcGIS

- ArcGIS Server (Federated)

- ArcGIS Server (Hosting)

- ArcGIS Data Store

- User managed Enterprise Geodatabase (Oracle)

   Dynamic scaling for ArcGIS Enterprise on Azure is not currently supported, however there is a new offering you may want to read up on: ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes.
