It would be great to optionally track in a database what apps and webmaps a service is used in. So if we delete the service we know the impact.  Yes I understand, how would we know who is using a public URL. I mean for secured services. There should be a way. Many places have both Portal and AGOL.

Also would to see a spider diagram and within one click to see what SERVICES an SDE feature class is being used in. Again to know impacts on managing it. Also be able to stop all services temporarily in one click.

SDE administration could be way easier with minimal product engineering feature enhancements.  Less AI Digital Twin 3D VR/AR more SDE improvement.   Like ability to compare child to child versions. (Versioning, ugh.)

I think I posted something like this 12 years ago. Still relevant.

I've been after this for years too. I was encouraged to hear at the 2023 UC it might be coming in one form or another to ArcGIS Monitor at some point, but have heard very little on it since. For now we'll continue to cobble this info together using outputs from various utilities.

Yes, mine used to be what map service was used in each application, I had spreadsheets galore trying to keep track of this. Love to see this put together for features in use.
