When creating a Collaboration between ArcGIS Enterprise and AGOL allow managers to set up that public items in origin become PUBLIC in target (by adding a configurable setting option to enable/disable it at Collaboration or Worskpace level).
The scenario is simple, if we want to share only our Organization's public items to the ArcGIS Community, this workflow is not supported with a Collaboration in a complete way (we need some extra tools in order to set items public automatically).
