Layer identify not working in Arcgis Earth Android app

Hi, I am using Arcgis Earth Android latest version. I am adding data via arcgis server. Everything works. But when I try to identify layer, I can't get any results. The blue arrow appears on the screen and disappears.

Hi EmrahAydemir,

Do you see the same problem when identifying features from another layer/data? For example, a point feature, or a 3D model.

Another question to help troubleshoot the issue: did you tap or pan somewhere else on the scene after identifying the feature and seeing the processing animation (the blue loading circle)? The tap/pan will cancel the identifying process in the current implementation.

Hello, thanks for the solutions. I was trying to fix the problem yesterday. I removed the basemap and the 3dterrain layer. I just experimented with my layer, same result. Then I decided to examine the network traffic. When I try to define a layer, the request I send gives a 504 Timed Out error after a while. II don't understand why I can't identify. However, I can identify in the desktop application without any problems. How can i share my layer with you ?

Thanks for the info. I wonder if your mobile and desktop are on the same network. If so and the problem remains, you can share your data with us by sending it to the aforementioned email address, or via contacting Esri Support services to request a case for troubleshooting. Thanks!

same layer in the desktop arcgis earth
