Filter the Attribute table by a drawing

The Attribute table can be filtered by the extent, and it is a great tool.

It would also be great to have an option to filter (or select) by a drawing sketched by the user.

It would be great if you could provide more details of your requirements to make it easier for us to record your needs more clearly. E.g. what kinds of shapes you might need to filter the features by drawing, etc.
