Resetting Map Scale

A student wanted to set a custom scale for a map and changed the scale.

Now the map scale for each map on the machine shows the following:

I went in and removed the Normal.* file from ArcMap but it still occurs.

Hi Michael,

Go to "Scale format" and change the format, now you might have the one highlighted in my screenshot.

Also go to Customize> Customize Mode

and uncheck Save all customization to the document
