I m having issues installing ArcGIS for desktop 10.2 on my Windows 8.1 machine. When I am in the setup wizard I get this error:
Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly component.
{97F81AF 1-0E47-DC99-A01F-C88389A1E18E}.
HRESULT: 0x800736B3
This is my first time trying to install ArcGIS for Desktop 10.2, as far as I cant tell the software claims to be compatible as long as you have the April 2014 update (which I do, I just updated) any advisement?
