As far i know arcgis is an C++/donet application and not a fortran application. Are you using some external extension, or are you build a gis project in visual fortran..???

I had just instanle arcgis 10.2 and extentions does not work, I wanted to turn on and a message arrives. Please, I do not know any thing tro

Are you using a nodelock or a floating license..??? If you use the second, shutdown arcgis, shutdown the license server then restart it. With the tool LSAdmin.exe click first on run, then at the last button at the right reread license file.

I guess you have the tool in french interface.

If you are using nodelock license you have to ask support at your local esri reseller..
