When starting ArcMap splash screen comes up Generating ArcID Module then closes with NO error. Installation went fine NO errors.
Mostafa, what happens next? Does ArcMap eventually start up? What version of ArcMap? What kind of computer OS?

Nothing happens NO errors just disappears.
Version 10.4.1 and 10.5.1 do the same thing.
Can you try a REPAIR install to see if that might fix this issue?
If not, it might be a good time to contact tech support.
