Empty Data Reviewer report by origin table

I am trying to generate a report using data reviewer after running a batch metadata check job. I have all the errors written to the reviewer table within a session but when I try to create a report, it comes back with no data available in the excel file. This happens for all the types of reports in data reviewer.

Any ideas why? am I missing a step?

The automated reports are intended for use in quantifying errors on features and stand-alone tables. The metrics they report (primarily accuracy calculations) don't translate particularly well to metadata content. You can export the results to Excel (using the Export Grid to Excel tool) for reporting.

Any thoughts on how you might calculate an accuracy rate on metadata content??
