Custom Check References for ArcGIS 10.2

I am trying to upgrade a Custom Check (CNT) from 10.1 to 10.2. However, I'm not able to find the references that existed in the past. For example the ESRI.Production.Engine.Interop is not available.

Did the library names change again from 10.1 to 10.2? Does anybody know where to look?

The data reviewer is available and working in ArcGIS 10.2

I actually had to browse to the file in the GAC_32 directory. (c:\windows\assembly)
Is this how others do it?
