I have a license. I can use it with no issues. Randomly, after using the tools multiple times, the Data Interop tools fail to open. There is no error. No spinning wheel. They just wont open in THAT Pro project. If I create a new project or move to a different project, the tools will open again. But never on the Project that suddenly stopped opening the tools. This is causing me to have to create Pro project after Pro project just to open the workbench I am working on.
Hi Natalie, we haven't seen Data Interop apps failing to open from one project indefinitely, but we have seen it for one session, the workaround was to open Workbench by editing an ETL tool then the apps open again. Alternatively restart Pro. If you're seeing this behavior with these workarounds please log a support call.
