I am trying to configure the Capital Tracking Dashboard to be specific to what my organization would like to see. I want to add a field to the infrastructure Projects feature layer but I am confused on how everything is connected. I can add a field to the infrastructure feature layer and can see the dashboard uses a view of this feature layer called capital projects but can't figure out how to update capital project view to show what the infrastructure projects feature layer shows. I don't want to overwrite the capital projects layer view for fear I will lose all the projects already in it.
Can anybody tell me how I can update the capital projects view?
