Serial Chart - Is it possible to put guides on the category access?

Hi Dashboarders,

I have a bar chart in  my dashboard where we are looking at a wide range of values. We want to help  the user understand where they sit compared to national data.

Is it possible to put guides on the category access?

It looks like it only works for values.

Has anyone come across other work arounds for this like images in the background?
