Related Table Images not Displaying Full Size in Detail Widget

I have a dashboard with a List Widget and Details Widget. When a user clicks on a record in the List Widget, the details widget displays the related record that includes an  image attachment. With ArcGIS Dashboards Classic, the image would display at full screen inside the Details Widget. However, now it only displays at thumbnail size. Is there a way to make the images display at full size (Without an extra click on the image) inside the details widget?

Just curious if this is possible.
