Problem displaying the dashboard

We have a strange problem, I'd be happy if anyone can help me.
We built a dashboard that works just fine,
On my computer it is displayed well, but on my colleague's computer, it comes out distorted like this:

Are these the Esri icons you inserted? Have you tried alternate browsers (i.e. not IE) and what do the browser dev tools show?

They are a link to an external image, which I inserted to be as a link to an external site.

the problem is the same with Microsoft Edge.

what should I search for in the dev tools?
