Plus/minus Formatting in Value Axis of Serial Chart (Dashboards Classic vs. Dashboards)

I have a Serial Chart in Dashboards Classic that I ported into new ArcGIS Dashboards. It used to be possible to format Values Axis labels so that + or - appear infront of the text as desired (text formatting not value change). As illustrated on the screenshot below.

Now there appers to be no such possibility in Serial Chart Settings of the new Dashboards (ArcGIS Enterprise version 10.9.1). Also there is no Arcade entry possible.

I need to format "-" infront the negative value to NULL. Is there any option to do this in new Dashboards?
