Ops Dashboard layout design functionality for placement, sizing, and alignment of elements?

I'm having trouble getting elements to size and line up just right -- does Ops Dashboard have a grid that can be snapped to and/or layout design functionality that allows precise placement, sizing, and alignment of elements? For example, I have two tabbed maps with some accompanying indicators and text boxes. The widgets need to be the same size and in the same location on each tab so when someone switches between the tabs it looks like only the map view changes. Right now I have to eyeball the size and location of the widgets on each tab and I can't get them exactly the same. As a result, everything shifts/jumps slightly when switching between tabs.

Unfortunately not. There's an idea you can upvote to get more attention for this much-needed functionality.

Provide layout guides in Operations Dashboard 

Until that's available, I use the browser's Inspect Element functionality and the console to adjust the size of the elements.

There isn't a way to do it on the front end right now, but you can set sizing on dashboard elements using ArcGIS Online Assistant. See this comment
