ObjectID not present when a data point is selected

I need to be able to know the objectID of any given point on a feature layer, which is fed by a survey123 survey. When I click on a data point, it shows answers to the survey questions but not the objectID. When I look at the layer on a webmap and select a point, it shows me the objectID. Any help for how to configure the dashboard so that when I select a data point so it will provide the objectID?

there is no way to control and configure the popup of the map in the dashboard.

you need to check in the web map whether the objected field is displayed or not.

I have a survey presented in the dashboard and the object id is there!
