No data message

Hi, I have a table in my datasource in my arcgis enterprise 10.8.

But when I want use a graphic whit that table, send me the label, no data.

but if I push the boton for show the table data, show me correct information

and if I choose for entity, show me the data feature by feature right.

Could you help me?

Sounds like that layer doesn't support querying using aggregate functions.
