Mobile View for dashboards, can't select features on map widget

I configured the mobile view of four of my public facing dashboards last week. Today we had several hours where AGOL was not accessible and I couldn't even log in. After access to AGOL was restored I wanted to check my dashboards, as I'm presenting them next wednesday for GIS Day.

On desktop view they all worked fine. I could click features on the maps and all the widgets interacted correctly. When I opened the dashboards on my mobile device I was met with a number of problems. On 3 I could not select features on the map widget. On one the legend only displayed an error. On two the category filter was not working properly. My colleague experienced the same issues on her device. In the editing environment on AGOL everything works fine.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi @TyrelBorowitz , if Select feature is toggled on in the map config and layer action isn't working, it sounds like it could be a bug.

Please reach out to Esri Technical Support so we can look into it further. Thanks!

Thanks, I talked with technical support yesterday. No word from them yet on a solution.

Hi @TyrelBorowitz I suggest a Esri Tech Support case to report this if possible. https://support.esri.com/en-us/contact

I am also seeing issues with mobile dashboards following the AGOL update today. I have an AGOL dashboard configured for mobile which includes a map, indicators, and a category selector. The category selector is configured to filter the indicators and filter/zoom/flash data on the map.

In the editing browser for the mobile view, every element works correctly. A value is chosen from the category selector and the map/indicators respond appropriately. However, when I test on a mobile device, the indicators respond as they should, but the map does not. The category selector is configured to filter/zoom/flash data on the map, but none of these actions are carried out.

Yep, I'm having the same issue. I contacted ESRI Support yesterday and demonstrated what the issue was. Here's hoping they can fix it before GIS Day next week....
