Missing a step when installing

I have a quick question with the install process. I have reached a screen that contains the following -

OAuth2 Approval
Please copy this code, switch to your applications and paste it there:

What is the [application] and where is [there]?

Can you give a bit more details on when you see this? A step by step description would be helpful. If you can, share a screenshot of that dialog and I will look into that.

Could you provide more details on where you saw the error? For example, did the error happen right when the installation process starts, or at the end of it? A screenshot of the error message will be very helpful too.
