Is it possible to use Operations Dashboard with intranet Portal?

Hello,

I'm evaluating feasibility of Operation Dashboard on intranet Portal (end-users connected with VPN).

Is it possible without the Internet access?

Can I use Operation Dashboard with Web App. Builder?

Operations Dashboard can work in a fully disconnected environment. More detailed information about specific requirements is available here and here

The next generation Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS which is fully browser based (still in beta but should be released soon) will be available for ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6, as a separate post-install deployment in Q1 2018.
