GPS value display in Details Widget

Greetings,
I have a details element that is sourced from a the feature layer of a Survey123 form. The survey captures GPS x,y coordinates.
Is there a way to capture more decimal values in the details window? Could this be controlled in the Survey123 excel for example, using body::esri:inputMask?
