Error while adding the new layer from csv file

Dear all,

I was uploading the csv file to create new layer, which is to be used by my dashboard. At the last step of uploading I regularly obtain the error message "There was an error..."   Just recently I was uploading the same dataset from csv file and it worked fine.  While now I have this error, which I am not able to resolve.  Thank you very much!
