Dashboard won't load consistently

None of the dashboards in the Portal I work on load consistently and it's proving really difficult to track down the issue as it seems to be different between users, between different browsers, and on different networks.

For example, I can load the dashboard in Chrome incognito window, but not the regular Chrome window. And I can load it absolutely fine in Edge. Other people have completely different experiences, some can't load the dashboard at all. I'm not even sure where to start with the issue as it seems different for everyone.

When the dashboards won't load it's just the 3 loading bars showing (see attached image).

Any suggestions on what might be the source of this issue? I'm not really sure where to even start due to the inconsistency of the issue.

Sometimes clearing out the browser cache and/or restarting your computer may also help.

it might also be worthwhile to contact ESRI technical support by opening up a ticket.

Not sure if your endusers are using different versions of Windows (10 vs 11).  I would make sure Hardware Acceleration is enabled in each web browser as that was causing issues with web apps I support by users on Windows 10 outside my org.

Thank you, clearing the browser cache seems to have worked for me, I'll see if this works for my colleagues. Wasn't something I'd considered as other apps were working as normal. Thanks a lot!
