Dashboard - Time query over two fields

Hi,

I have a feature service with two datetime fields for the roadworks. My goal is it to query the start time and the end time of the roadwork in Dashboard. 

So I need to query both fields against the current time or an individual time for start and ending.

 Is this possible?
