Problem with operations dashboard on tablet

I have set up this East Anglia COVID19 dashboard in ArcGIS Experience Builder. Desktop and mobile work AOK, but not tablet. Anyone run into that issue &/or have tips for that intermediate format? AEB is too cool for school otherwise!

Hi Cottenham Open,

I'm unable to reproduce the behavior you're seeing:

Experience Builder link:

Tablet link:

Mobile link:

Tested with an iPad running iOS 13.3.1 and iPhone 7 running iOS 13.4.1.

Perhaps ask your user to upgrade their iOS operating system?

I was able to open and view your dashboard (nice BTW) on an iPad without any issues. Can you please specify what your issue is?

Close but no cigar, I had a user complaint so I rechecked, and in iOS 9.3.5 i get this from Experience:

and this by posting individual Dashboard: 

... so not only is it an Experience issue, but even Dashboard struggles with screen display!

Oh OK, if you can see it, it must be a connection issue (I got a blank screen yesterday, but today when I resized browser to half and quarter screen to mimic tablet and mobile, the dashboard adjusted as expected)
