Dashboard Splash Screen

Is there anyway to have a splash screen pop-up for the Dashboard similar to what's available with the WebApp?

Dashboards built with Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS don't have the ability to display a splash screen when the app initially loads. Please vote for the enhancement request to help us prioritize this request,
