Dashboard Percentile Bar Chart

Hello,

Has anyone tried creating percentile bar charts in ArcGIS dashboard? The current capability for percentiles were only through the statistics, but I want to be able to have a chart that shows the percentiles as category.

I've thought of creating a data expression, but once the expression is created I'm wondering if there will be a way to connect the chart to the map that once I select the 10th percentile for instance, the map will only display those values within that percentile.
