Creating Year-to-based filter

Hi there,

Is there any way I could create my own Year-to-date based filter that starts the years from the 2nd quarter (i.e. 1-4-current year) and ends at the end of 1st quarter of next year (i.e. 31-03-next_year)? Any help would be really appreciated.
