I am creating a dashboard to showcase the corporate assets and would like to open the file locations in the corporate network from the pop-up window. I have created the 'Pop-up' from "A custom attribute display' and configured the html link which is opening the file location in the web map. The pop-up in the Dashboard created using the same web map doesn't open the link, it directs to a blank page, as the tool tip displays the enterprise gis portal which precedes the file location.
Please provide me a solution.
