It's possible, but only if you have the lists and gauges grouped. Hold Shift while you're moving a widget and you can group it with another.

In that way, you can have a series of tabs that have a list and gauge within each.

Are these pointing to different layers? Unless they're showing things that are quite different from one another, you might consider a single list and gauge tied to a category filter.
