Can not log-in on Chat widget

Hi,
I already install a XMPP server (OpenFire) and public it to Internet. Then I test connection successfully with Spark client.
But when I use the same parameters with OD's Chat widget (same machine with Spark), it said that Invalid ID or Password
Do I need to do others to make it run ?

Hi,

Can you check your firewall settings on the Dashboard machine (not the XMPP server)? As a test, you could disable the firewall and see if that works.

Sorry Simon for very late response.
I already turn off FireWall but it didn't help

Update: I already solve the issue by changing OpenFire's server certificate.

I already solve the issue!
It may come from the server certificate.
When I install OpenFire before, it automatically set a local certificate. So now need to change to Internet certificate. And it works 🙂

P/s: I feel server certificate system of OpenFire (or Operations Dashboard) is not good much, having a little bit stricky!
