I don't think you can really add an image in this manner using dashboards directly.
Dashboard options
- add a logo to the dashboard header in the header setting as a url or an custom icon (svg).
- add a rich text element placed somewhere in your dashboard layout and use an image url in the rich text content.
- add a footer of sorts by adding bottom text to the map.
To get the logo overlayed on the map however, I think you would have to create the map in experience builder, and then embed the experience in your dashboard. I have never tried this but it appears it might be possible using custom urls or some configuration tricks, you can query the embedded object with dashboard controls (this option sounds like a lot of work).
