Hello @ALI_AZZOUHRI

In order to provide an attachment option in your pop-ups, you have to enable attachments in your feature class before you publish it as a service.  After doing this, you would then use the feature service or map service attachments as a "field" in your pop-up.

If you are using ArcGIS Pro, here is information on how to do this: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/data-management/enable-attachments.htm

If you are using ArcMap (you can change your version in the drop-down box at the top of the article), here is information on how to do this: https://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/manage-data/editing-attributes/enabling-attachments-on-a...

Hello

You can refer to the below tutorial for your reference

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MzfxBskoon8

This videos shows how to add your geotagged photos to ArcGIS Online and view the attachments as images in the pop-up using Arcade Expressions.
