Ops Dashboard: Include % on the summary widget

We are using the Summary widget to display summed hectares of selected polygons. It would be useful to compare this to a total area with a percentage. For example the summary widget is displaying 5,000 ha of nesting habitat this represents 15% of the total selected area.

@JulieScott-Ashe4  The product has evolved quite a bit since this post was submitted. The indicator element has replaced what used to be called the summary widget and includes the ability to configure reference values and display one or more of a pre-defined set calculations between the summary and  reference values (incl. percentage).
