It would be good to have the ability to have a On Hover Text option for lists and (maybe) legends.
My current use case is for a Soils list which can have very long full names (e.g. "Alaeloa silty clay, older substrate, 15 to 35 percent slopes, MLRA 167"), but only enough screen space to show the abbreviated name (e.g. "AeE") in a list.
