Filter serial charts by a statistic

It would be helpful to be able to filter out categories in the serial chart by a statistic. One could then, for example, remove a long tail of low record counts as can be seen below.

If I could create a "Count > 10" filter then I could only show data pertinent to the viewer (in this case operators with many NOVs).
