Create an operations dashboard app similar to the other ArcGIS app ecosystem. Easily access ops dashboards specifically via an app for mobile devices. Mostly upper mgmt and executive use for reviewing the dashboards so easy access for these end users would promote the application

Hi Jeff,

I am not sure if I understood you correctly, but may be what you are asking for already exists...In App Studio there is a template Browser View, you can specify URL and it displays it in the app. So basically you can have your dashboard / web app as a native app.

This idea has failed to gain traction, so we will close it with the following information ... Creating a native app to show dashboards is not in our short or medium term roadmaps. Should there be demand for one, we will re-consider this idea. 

Dashboards can be displayed on mobile devices via a web browser. In future releases we intend to not only improve the authoring experience for mobile dashboards, but also the viewing experience as well.
