Ability to remove/hide attachment file name from dashboard

We want to be able to hide the attachment file names in our dashboards. It's not necessary for users to see the file name. A dashboard should be as simple as possible, only showing the most important information so that users can process and interpret it quickly.

When authoring a map layer's popup (e.g. in Map Viewer), specifying 'Gallery' as the display option will prevent file names from being displayed in a dashboard's Map and Details elements.
