Hi all,

Not a great expert on powerautomate and really struggling with this flow that I thought would be easy.  What I want to do is listen to a feature service.  When a new attachment is created, I want to grab that attachment and automatically put it to a SharePoint library.

Additional nice to haves: Grab certain attributes from the hosted feature service and add it to custom columns in the sharepoint library.

The simple workflow is:

  • User takes/uploads photo with any mobile app (S123, FieldMaps, QC etc.) or even desktop upload to be honest.
  • It uploads to AGOL
  • PowerAutomate Detects new feature with attachment
  • PowerAutomate finds the new photo record
  • PowerAutomate grabs the photo and uploads it to a SharePoint Library
  • PowerAutomate grabs attributes in feature service assocaited with photo and copies those to columns in the SharePoint Library.

All the help documentation on the new connectors suggests this should be doable but I'm stuck as to how to create the flow.

Anyone got any ideas...

Liam

I would also like to know how to do something similar - pulling attributes and attachments from new records only and loading them into a Google Drive folder.
