I have powerautomate premium, when i attempted to authenticate /sign in, the connector comes back with an error Failed with error: 'Test connection failed. Details: The response is not in a JSON format.'. Please sign in again.

Is this the first time using this connector? If so, then it could be invalid format or the request isn't making it through, I'd try an intermediate step to attempt to connect to a map service or similar.
If this has been established and is now doing it, there is a possibility that the AWS outage is preventing this from connecting properly!
