Locate Young Mothers?

What variable is best to use to locate young mothers (e.g. Mothers age 16-24, or Mothers age under 18?).  I've tried the search and haven't been able to find anything useful.  Looking for sub county level geography.  Please let me know what data you think might be useful.

Sue, you might find the Community Health Status Indicators (CHSI) Birth Measures data a good source; although, it is only at the State and County geography level.  You can color-code the map at the county level, or use the data in the Smart Map Search feature.
